Metal Work at Hannover 2022
At this edition of Hannover fair we aim to create a stand definitely focused on the digitization of components, from an IIOT perspective.
We have set up an area (A) defined as Easy design and a station is set up for the use of the new EB 80 island configurator and other software tools to aid in the design.
A second monitor is dedicated to the virtual presentation of products both in 3D and through interactive brochures.
In a second area (B), which simulates an industrial reality, we have inserted a series of racks, the first of which presents the new FLUX, with wireless connection, for the collection and presentation of the data detected on a special dashboard on a dedicated monitor and on smartphone.
The latter is flanked by a second panel which, thanks to the integration with a third party product (Core Tigo), shows the possibility of wireless connection of Metal Work's IO-Link products.
The area is completed by the panel with EB 80 4.0 for the presentation of the diagnostic and IIOT features of the product, in this case remotely located on a tablet available.
A special space (C) is then dedicated to the display of working electric axes, both in the BK Gantry version and in the Pick & Place version with the new VBK Cantilever axis.
As for the novelties on traditional pneumatic products (D), the new Secure Lock Series rod lock as well as the Series 70 valves and the Low Temperature ISO 15552 cylinders, for operation down to -40° C, will be exhibited, a panel dedicated to rotary actuators and one to Multifix guided compact cylinders.
Finally, we have prepared an area (E) in which you will have some standard products available, from the range of fittings, to Syntesi groups, EB 80 islands, Safe Air valves, etc.
